We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how to return them.

Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Note: Some items are final sale (software, gift cards, personalized products).

How to Return

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

1. Initiate Return

Log in to your account or use our return portal with your order number

2. Print Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (US only)

3. Ship Item

Package securely and drop off at any carrier location

4. Get Refund

Refund processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Standard returns: Refund includes item price minus shipping
  • Defective/wrong items: Full refund including shipping
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

International customers: Refunds exclude original shipping and customs fees.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Here's how exchanges work:

  • Return the original item following our standard process
  • Place a new order for the replacement item
  • Email exchanges@stackly.com for price adjustments if the new item costs less

Tip: For fastest service, place your new order immediately after initiating the return.

Warranty Returns

Items still under warranty have special return options:

  • 2-year limited warranty on all electronics
  • No restocking fee for warranty claims
  • Advanced replacement available for registered products
