Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) - Free on orders over $50
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) - $9.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) - $19.99

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Weekend orders ship on Monday.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada & Mexico: 5-7 business days
  • Europe & UK: 7-10 business days
  • Asia & Australia: 10-14 business days

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using:

  • Our Order Tracker on the website
  • The carrier's tracking system (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL)
  • Your Stackly account dashboard

Shipping Restrictions

Some items have special shipping requirements:

  • Batteries and electronic components may require ground shipping
  • Certain high-value items require signature confirmation
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for expedited/overnight deliveries

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We will contact you to confirm the shipping address
  • A reshipping fee may apply for incorrect addresses
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs
